Flowtalk ("we", "our", "us") is an Instagram DM automation platform that helps businesses automatically respond to Instagram Direct Messages using AI and keyword triggers. Flowtalk is operated by Santino Rocio Shine, based in India.

When you create a Flowtalk account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at contactflowtalk@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Flowtalk uses AI (powered by Groq) to generate automatic replies to Instagram DMs. You acknowledge that:
Your use of Flowtalk is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We store your Instagram access token in encrypted form and do not sell your data to third parties.
Instagram conversation data, lead scores, and business information you provide are stored securely and used only to provide Flowtalk's services.
Flowtalk offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing to a paid plan:
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that Flowtalk will be uninterrupted or error-free. Flowtalk's functionality depends on Meta's Instagram API, which is outside our control. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by Meta, third-party infrastructure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Flowtalk and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Santino Rocio Shine and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Flowtalk without our written permission.
Content you create using Flowtalk (such as keyword rules and business information) remains your property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowtalk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of Flowtalk shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flowtalk, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights including Meta's Platform Policies.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at contactflowtalk@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of Flowtalk after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
