Acceptable Use Policy

Flowtalk automates replies on your behalf, so what it sends reflects on you and on us. These rules keep the service safe and keep Instagram access working for everyone. They are part of the
Terms of Service.
1. Follow Instagram's rules
You must follow Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's Community Guidelines and messaging policies. This includes replying only inside the messaging window Instagram allows, and not using Flowtalk to get around any limit Instagram sets.
2. What you must not do
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who did not contact you or interact with your account
- Harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate any person or business
- Send illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content, or content that exploits or endangers children
- Promote scams, fake offers, counterfeit goods, or anything illegal where you or your customers are
- Collect sensitive data from customers through automated chats, such as card numbers, passwords or government ID numbers
- Connect an Instagram account you do not own or have no authority to manage
3. Using the AI responsibly
- You are responsible for the facts you put in your knowledge base, such as prices, hours and offers, and for checking that replies match them
- Do not rely on automated replies for medical, legal, financial or emergency advice
- Do not try to make the AI produce content that breaks these rules, or try to extract other customers' data or our internal instructions
4. Protecting the service
- Do not probe, scan or test the security of Flowtalk without our written permission. To report a vulnerability, email us and we will respond
- Do not interfere with the service, overload it, or try to access another customer's account or data
- Do not resell or share your account access without our agreement
5. What we may do
If we reasonably believe these rules are being broken, or Instagram or Meta asks us to act, we may pause automation, suspend the account, or end the service. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it. We may also report serious violations to the authorities.
6. Reporting a problem
